Flavored Butters
INGREDIENTS
GARLIC BUTTER
(For Sea Food)
10 tbsp. unsalted Butter(For Sea Food)
5 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tsp finely chopped fresh Oregano
Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Add the garlic, Oregano, and Salt and Pepper to Taste
BRANDY BUTTER
(For Sea Food)
1/2 lb unsalted butter(For Sea Food)
6 tbsp Brandy
Directions
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, stir in brandy and bring to boil.
- Let boil for about 2-3 mins.
