Roasted Bell Pepper & Garlic Dip
A Low-Carb dip for your Pork Rinds, Soy Chips, etc.
2 Roasted Bell Peppers, peeled & seeded*
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  1. Roast the Bell Peppers
  2. Place all ingredients in food processor.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. If desired, garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley or basil.
Makes about 1 cup.
Keeps for about a week inthe fridge.
