Roasted Bell Pepper & Garlic Dip
A Low-Carb dip for your Pork Rinds, Soy Chips, etc.
INGREDIENTS
2 Roasted Bell Peppers,
peeled & seeded*2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Roast the Bell Peppers
- Place all ingredients in food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- If desired, garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley or basil.
Comments
Makes about 1 cup.Keeps for about a week inthe fridge.
