Broiled Marinated Pork Chops
One of my FAVORITES!!!
This was originally for lamb chops (which is great also), but, I started using it for pork chops and it's FANTASTIC!!
The flavor in these chops after marinating is unbelievable.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Bone-In Pork Chops (each about 3/4" thick)2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Lime Juice
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Dry White Wine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 cloves Garlic (crushed)
Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Marinating
- Salt & Pepper the chops to taste.
- Wisk ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl.
- Place the season chops in the bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes to 1 hour (turning mid way through the marinade time).
Cooking
- Place a cast iron skillet in the oven.
- Preheat the oven to 450°.
- When the oven has been heat, place the skillet on a HOT cooking burner.
- Sear the chops on one side for 30 seconds, then flip and sear the other side for 30 seconds.
- Place the skillet in the oven for 6-7 minutes.
- At the end of the 6 minutes, flip the chops and cook for another 6 minutes.
- Remove the skillet and check for doneness.
- When done, place the chops on a plate and let them sit for 2-3 minutes.
(This will allow the juices to seep throughout the chops, making them tender and juicy.)
