Pulled Barbeque Pork
Pulled BBQ Pork

3-4 lb. Boneless Pork Shoulder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 cup Scallions (diced)
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Hickory Smoke Sauce or Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup Water
  1. Put all ingredients and Pork Shoulder in a crock pot.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours (while at work), or on HIGH for 3-4 hours (while the game is on)
  3. When finished, remove meat and shred with two forks.
