Cole Slaw
Perfect with Sea Food or as a side dish in place of a salad
INGREDIENTS
DRESSING
1 Cup mayonnaise2 Table spoon Dijon Mustard
2 Table spoon White Wine Vinegar
2 Table spoon. Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Sugar Substitute
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoon Paprika
- OR -
1/4 Cup Creamy French Dressing
SLAW
1 head cabbage, shredded1 carrot, shredded/julienned
1 scallion (green onion), finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive (green or black), finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Get a large bowl (plastic or glass) big enough to hold EVERYTHING
- Mix all the DRESSING ingredients in the bowl and set aside
- Starting with the Cabbage, prepare all of the SLAW ingredient, placing each in the bowl as you go along
- When you have everything in the bowl, mix thoroughly
- Refrigerate (will keep for about a week or so)
