Cole Slaw
Perfect with Sea Food or as a side dish in place of a salad
1 Cup mayonnaise
2 Table spoon Dijon Mustard
2 Table spoon White Wine Vinegar
2 Table spoon. Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Sugar Substitute
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoon Paprika
- OR -
1/4 Cup Creamy French Dressing
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded/julienned
1 scallion (green onion), finely chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive (green or black), finely chopped
  1. Get a large bowl (plastic or glass) big enough to hold EVERYTHING
  2. Mix all the DRESSING ingredients in the bowl and set aside
  3. Starting with the Cabbage, prepare all of the SLAW ingredient, placing each in the bowl as you go along
  4. When you have everything in the bowl, mix thoroughly
  5. Refrigerate (will keep for about a week or so)
