Barbeque Sauces #2
Still more delicious, Low Carb Barbeque Sauces.
Bengal BBQ Sauce & Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce (6 grams)
1/2 cup water (0 grams)
1 tsp. garlic powder. (~2 grams)
1/2 to 1 tsp. black pepper (~1.4 grams)
1/2 to 1 tsp. red (cayenne) pepper (~1 gram)
1 TBS. Sesame Seed (1 gram)
1 TBS. Sesame Seed Oil...very important (O grams)
2 TBS to 1/3 cup of protein powder or some other thickener (mine has 5 g carb for 1/3 cup)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

Total carbs for recipe: 15.4 grams
You probably only eat 1/15 of this marinade. Or 1 TBS. (I don't know how to do that math) But I figure around 1 to 2 g per serving.
Marinate and grill (skewer or not) SOOOOOOOO Good!
Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce
1 cup Catsup (sugarless *)
3 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Substitue
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Celery Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke Flavoring
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon dry Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Mix water and Brown Sugar Substitue in a small sauce pan. Stir until all lumps have desolved.
  2. Over MEDUIM heat, combine remaining ingredients and stir until it starts to bubble.
  3. Lower head to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Zippy BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup Catsup (sugarless *)
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Simmer over MEDIUM-LOW heat for about 5 minutes.
Use over chicken, or other meats.
Total Grams: 21.3, Per T = 1.0 (1/4 cup = 4.0)

It breaks down when its cooked. Use a saccharin or sucralose based sweetener.
Sugarless Catsup: Westbrae "UN-sweetened", found at most Health Food Stores.
