Creamy Mustard Sauce
This sauce is perfect as an condiment or gravy for Pork Tenderloin.
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Coarse-Grained or Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
1/4 cup Scallions (green onions), chopped
  1. In a large skillet, bring whipping cream to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and stir in wine, mustard, salt, & white pepper
  3. Cook stirring often until thickened.
