ORANGE VEGETABLE GLAZE
Delicious on any grilled or sauted vegetable medley.
INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp. BUTTER
1 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
1 tsp. CORNSTARCH
1/2 tsp. finely shredded ORANGE PEEL
1/4 Freshly Squeezed ORANGE JUICE
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the BUTTER.
  2. Stir in the BROWN SUGAR and CORNSTARCH.
  3. Stir in the ORANGE PEEL and ORANGE JUICE.
  4. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Pour over vegetables just while still cooking but before they are done.
