ORANGE VEGETABLE GLAZE
Delicious on any grilled or sauted vegetable medley.
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. BUTTER
1 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
1 tsp. CORNSTARCH
1/2 tsp. finely shredded ORANGE PEEL
1/4 Freshly Squeezed ORANGE JUICE
DIRECTIONS
- In a small saucepan, melt the BUTTER.
- Stir in the BROWN SUGAR and CORNSTARCH.
- Stir in the ORANGE PEEL and ORANGE JUICE.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Pour over vegetables just while still cooking but before they are done.
