Homemade Smoke Sauce
This is a great condiment Beef Brisket or any other "Smoked" meat.
This is a THICK SAUCE! But VERY TASTEY! If you want (and I often do), you can add more water and use it as a Low-Carb BBQ Sauce.
INGREDIENTS1 1/2 tablespoon. brown sugar substitue
1 cup catsup
3 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup water (3/4 cup for BBQ sauce)
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke Flavoring
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
- Mix water and Brown Sugar Substitue in a small sauce pan. Stir until all lumps have desolved.
- Over MEDUIM heat, combine remaining ingredients and stir until it starts to bubble.
- Lower head to low, and simmer for 5 minutes
