Tartar and Shrimp Cocktail Sauces
TARTAR SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup MAYONNAISE
2 Tbsp. DILL PICKLE RELISH
1 tsp. DIJON Mustard
1 tsp. HORSERADISH
1 tsp. LEMON Juice
1/4 tsp. SALT
1/4 tsp. PEPPER
Dash of TABASCO Sauce

DIRECTIONS
  1. Wisk together all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Keeps for 1-2 weeks.
SHRIMP COCKTAIL SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
3/4 Cup Catsup
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Prepared Horseradish
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4 drops Tabasco Sauce

DIRECTIONS
  1. Wisk together all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Keeps for about 3 weeks.
