Spicy Tilapia
Healthful Tilapia recipe jumps with spicy flavors
I got this from a "Quick Meals" recipe out of the paper. The orginal recipe calls for "Tilapia" as the fish of choice. But, you can use any firm fish you like.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Tilapia or other firm fish
1 tablespoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar Substitute
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper
2-3 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar Substitute
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper
2-3 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Butter
DIRECTIONS
- For easy clean-up, line a casserol dish or cake pan with foil.
- If baking, coat the foil with the Butter.
- Combine Paprika, Cayenne, Oregano, Sugar Substitute, Salt & Pepper in a bowl.
- Rub fish with a little Olive Oil then sprinkle it with spice mixture.
- Grill, or bake (uncovered) at 400° for 10 minutes
